If all the neutrons are removed from an atom, the resulting particle would be a positively charged ion with an atomic number equal to the original atom, but with a mass number equal to the original atom's atomic number. In other words, the atom would lose all of its neutrons, and its nucleus would consist only of protons. This particle would be highly unstable and would likely undergo radioactive decay very quickly.
